Bill Brown, President and CEO, presented Cost of Compliance to Wastewater System Users at the recent water symposium co-hosted by the Business and Industry Association (BIA), New Hampshire's statewide Chamber of Commerce and the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services.

Chris Silke, Senior Project Manager, will be presenting UV Disinfection and Filtration Waiver - A Novel Approach to LT2ESWTR Compliance for GWUDI Water Supplies at the upcoming December 16, NEWWA meeting in Randoph, MA.

Ed Leonard, Senior Project Manager in the Wastewater Practice Group, presented Considerations for Full Scale Application of Urine Diverting Tools as part of the Fall 2010 NEWEA Energy and Sustainability "Rethinking Wastewater" conference.

Ryan Wingard, stormwater engineer, addressed the issue of determining private and public sources of I-I at a recent NEWEA (New England Water Environment Association) conference. Ryan discussed one Connecticut town's successful effort to differentiate public I-I from private I-I, and the resultant prioritized, collection system-wide I/I reduction project they initiated. Ryan also discussed the funding and enforcement issues associated with a private source disconnection program.

John Braccio, Senior Vice President and Manager of the Connecticut office, discussed energy efficiency in wastewater and water facilities at the recent Atlantic States Rural Water and Wastewater Association (ASRWWA) conference.

Jon Edgerton, Senior Vice President in the Infrastructure Engineering Practice Group, was invited to speak about Wright-Pierce downtown and mill revitalization work at the Maine Development Foundation Revitalizing Maine Communities 2010 Conference.
