Road Reconstruction
New Milford, Connecticut

This roadway, located along a steep river bank, was realigned and widened to improve sight distance and traffic flow, addressing safety concerns. Elevation changes improved drainage and clearance under railroad trestles. Catch basins, curbing, and retaining walls improved storm drainage.

Mobile GIS for Public Works
Bath, Maine

Mobile GIS tools were created to inventory and monitor infrastructure assets and functions, track services performed, and document maintenance needs. These tools allow information to be accessed, collected and edited quickly on the go and improve efficiency of asset management.

Pedestrian Bridge
Biddeford to Saco, Maine

The design and construction of this pedestrian bridge provides a key link between two mill complexes, an integral part of a downtown riverfront redeveloped for two neighboring cities. 3D graphics facilitated the public’s visualization of this DOT-funded and ADA compliant project.

Downtown Streetscape Improvements
Rockland, Maine

New sidewalks and crosswalks improved pedestrian crossings and ADA accessibility as a part of this downtown revitalization. The project also included traffic calming measures, relocation of streetlights and landscape design. Utility and local business coordination took place throughout the project.

Pier Replacement
Wells, Maine

This pier replacement was a component of strategic, phased marine facility and infrastructure improvements that serve a variety of recreational and commercial fishing activities. The project improved subsurface connections and created ADA compliant deck transitions.

Soils and Groundwater Remediation
Pawtucket, Rhode Island

This project included environmental assessments, permitting assistance, and development of soil specifications for a DOT project involving utilities improvements, four bridges and an offramp.
