The work consists of CSO regulator improvements at four CSO regulator areas in the City of Haverhill, MA including modifications of existing CSO regulators, installing new manholes and sewer pipes, rehabilitation of existing sewer pipes, and site restoration including paving. The time for substantial completion of this Contract is 210 calendar days. The time for final completion of this Contract is 240 days.

Not mandatory. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is strongly encouraged. Contractors are strongly urged to perform a site visit of the impacted streets prior to the pre-bid meeting. Anyone entering the WPAF must wear a mask and follow City’s COVID-19 requirements while inside the building.
