Matt brings over three decades of expertise in hydrologic and hydraulic design and modeling, stormwater and surface water management, water quality modeling and analysis, stormwater permitting, and flood control and drainage design. His experience also encompasses water resource consulting, analysis, and design across the United States. Deeply familiar with Massachusetts water resources challenges, Matt will further Wright-Pierce’s capability to meet the needs of our clients in the Commonwealth.
