Raj Singh

Raj Singh is a household name to engineers within the water and wastewater industry, having worked with nearly every Central Florida municipality throughout his four-decade career. As Technology Leader with Wright-Pierce, Raj offers a robust scope of knowledge in the evaluation and design of treatment processes and facilities, collection and distribution systems, and landfill gas collection and storage. Raj’s longstanding relationship with Florida municipalities and his expert acumen in water and wastewater engineering further enhance the services Wright-Pierce can provide.
Chris Rader

Joining Wright-Pierce as the Central Florida Area Leader, Chris Rader brings nearly three decades of experience in public and private sectors of water and wastewater management. His diverse background with the Navy Civil Engineer Corps, municipal and county government, and water, stormwater, and wastewater engineering consulting make him an exceptional asset to the Southeast One Water Group. Chris is eager to contribute his depth of expertise and bring an energetic approach to his new role, with a critical focus on implementing the firm’s long-term growth and succession plan.
Ryan Spears

Ryan Spears joins Wright-Pierce as a Senior Project Manager for the Southeast One Water Group. Spears has over a decade of experience providing water and wastewater infrastructure solutions to municipalities in the Southeast, including those involving drinking water and wastewater treatment design, groundwater remediation, subsurface site exploration, and construction administration. Building on his extensive background in directing multidiscipline teams of engineers and his track record of excellent leadership, Ryan looks forward to guiding and collaborating with the successful and evolving Southeast One Water Group.
Elizabeth George

Elizabeth George, Lead Project Engineer for the Southeast One Water Group, brings a decade of engineering expertise and a comprehensive understanding of Florida’s water and wastewater practices. Her background encompasses wastewater treatment plant design, water and wastewater project management, and environmental consulting. Elizabeth’s technical competence and established presence in Florida lend themselves to Wright-Pierce’s goal of strengthening superior client service in the Southeast, making her a critical addition to the Southeast One Water Group.
