Rangeley, ME – Downtown Sidewalk Improvements
The Project includes the following Work:
Sidewalk reconstruction, drainage improvements, and pedestrian improvements at select locations along Main Street in Rangeley, ME. Sidewalk improvements will occur in front of Sarge’s Sport Pub & Grub, Rangeley Baptist Church, Rangeley Lakes Builders Supply, and from Mike Cerminanara Landscaping to the intersection of Main Street and Allen Street, as well as installing new sidewalk in front of the Alpine Shop. Sidewalk improvements will involve new sidewalk pavement and base gravels, removing and replacing existing curbing, installing curb tip downs, and associated grading. Drainage improvements will include installing approximately 310 linear feet of new 6-inch underdrain near Rangeley Baptist Church and removing and replacing three 12-inch storm drains along Main Street. Pedestrian improvements include installing an ADA parking space in front of Sarge’s Sport Pub & Grub,
installing a new crosswalk with rapid flashing beacons at Rangeley Lakes Builders Supply, and installing pedestrian signage and markings at select locations along Main Street.
