Replacement of the existing sewer and storm drain system, relocation of existing water mains, and roadway improvements at Sunset Heights on Sunset Street, Bizier Street, Ginger Avenue, Gail Street, Bolduc Avenue, Leland Street, Norton Street, and Joe Avenue in Winslow, ME. Replacement of the sewer system includes approximately 4,750 linear feet of 8- inch PVC, 1,300 linear feet of sewer services, and installation of 4-foot diameter sewer manholes. Replacement of the storm drain system includes approximately 1,100 linear feet of new 15-inch storm drain, approximately 590 linear feet of new 18-inch storm drain, approximately 2,000 linear feet of new 24-inch storm drain, approximately 350 linear feet of new 30-inch storm drain approximately 1,150 linear feet of new 36-inch storm drain, approximately 1,170 linear feet of new 42-inch storm drain, and installation of 4-, 5-, 6-, and 8-foot diameter drainage structures. Drainage work will also require construction on railroad property. Water main work includes installation of approximately 815 linear feet of water main plus associated services. Roadway improvements include installation of subbase and base gravels, pavement, driveway aprons, and concrete Cape Cod berm.
