Wright-Pierce is proud to welcome two of our newest Transportation Practice Group strategic hires, Transportation Program Manager Benjamin Martin, PE and Project Manager Stefanie Kizza, PE, ENV SP. With decades of experience between them, Ben and Stef bring a range of civil engineering expertise related to planning, design, and construction administration for bridge, roadway, and drainage projects.

Introducing Ben Martin, PE

As Transportation Program Manager, Ben provides extensive transportation engineering experience and practiced oversight to our New Hampshire, Vermont, and New York service areas. He began his career with the Highway Bureau Division of the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) and has spent the last 15 years as a consultant for transportation engineering contracts. His combined public and private experience positions him to readily understand the unique challenges, concerns, and objectives of each respective sector. When asked about his role at Wright-Pierce, Ben remarked, “Wright-Pierce’s culture has been a natural fit with what I value, and I’m proud to take on a role where I can help strengthen collaboration, invest in our people, and deliver meaningful service to our clients and communities.”

Introducing Stef Kizza, PE, ENV SP

Stef joins Wright-Pierce as a Transportation Project Manager with a focus on our Massachusetts and New Hampshire markets. Stef’s expertise encompasses the management of major highway projects in addition to local municipal roadways and bikeways. Whether working with a utility or municipality large or small, Stef approaches every project from a sustainability perspective and is a certified EnvisionTM Sustainability Professional with a keen eye on balancing economic and social concerns with environmental impacts. According to Stef, “Since I started at Wright-Pierce, I’ve seen a strong commitment to prioritizing the well-being, career growth, and development of employees. Right off the bat, the culture has been welcoming, fun, and supportive and shines as a core competency of Wright-Pierce.”
