Description:

The project consists of replacement of: 15 service lines identified as lead or galvanized requiring replacement (GRR), which will consist of replacing approximately 1,000 linear feet of lead or GRR service line with a total temporary impact of approximately 10,000 sqft. The work includes the replacement of all lead or GRR appurtenances, water service connections, and water service connections beyond the right of way. The base bid work consists of water service line replacements at eight properties. The additional properties will be bid as alternates with one property per alternate.

A virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held via Microsoft Teams on August 28, 2025 at 11:00am. The meeting invite will be issued to all plan holders prior to the meeting.
