Lead Project Engineer, Drinking Water

Wright-Pierce, an award-winning, multi-discipline environmental engineering firm specializing in water, wastewater and civil infrastructure is seeking a licensed Lead Project Engineer to join our Drinking Water Group. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success on drinking water projects, enjoys being technically challenged, and collaborates with a team of leading experts in the water industry.

Office locations for this position are Marlborough, MA | Middletown, CT | Maitland, FL | Bedford, NH.

Responsibilities

• Technical planning, design, construction of drinking water source, distribution, storage and treatment projects
• Providing technical support to Project Managers and Project Engineers
• Hydraulic Design – pumps/pipes
• Construction administration and oversight
• Conducting treatability and preliminary engineering studies
• Performing QA/QC

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of directly related prior work experience is required.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
• Experience with Hydraulic Design – pumps/pipes strongly preferred.

Certifications

• Professional Engineer License is required.

Education

• B.S. Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering is required.
